My TwiceBabies Just Love Talking!

Take for instance today at nap time, I replaced my husband's spot, on their bed, because he had to go back to work. When I laid down in the middle of them, they fell asleep for a little while longer, then all of a sudden, they woke up, as I was trying to sleep, and were just chatting away as if there was no tomorrow.

Oh my goodness, you would have though the cat had previously gotten their tongue and all of a sudden, they found it again.

I am sure by this Spring or Summer, they will actually be using full sentences to drive Mommy crazy.Non stop chatter is on its way.

Prince Charles appearing as a Hologram!

Wow, that is amazing, scary too, I think.

I was listening to Coast to Coast last night and George Noory and Alex Jones talked about this and how this technology can and will be used to confuse our 'enemies'. Probably because any image can be shown in the sky.

Do you think these holograms will play a role in confusing Christians about the Coming of Christ? This may very well be the case. I am sure those who do not believe in Jesus still read or have "their people" read the Bible in order to create events that Christians, like me, would think is the Coming of Jesus. But, do not be deceived, this is only an illusion.

Twin B Loves Her Uncle Mike

This afternoon, Twin "B" was watching a video of Christopher Cross singing "Sailing" on her Daddy's laptop. While watching Christoper Cross, she called him Mike. She was saying, "Mike, Mike!" My husband looked at Twin "B" and said something like, "You have a very good memory Twin B. Yes, he has a guitar like Uncle Mike does."

Wow, that is just amazing, not even two years, three months yet and her mind is sharp as a tack.

Twin "B"s sister, Twin "A" also has a mind as sharp as a tack, she just did not notice the video being played to respond like her sister did.

So, The UN Wants To Raise My Twins!! Are You Kidding Me!?

Oh yes, you hear me right, now, the UN wants to tell us how to raise our children.

You think this is a joke, well, no joke my friends, if our Senate ratifies the UN Convention on the Rights to Child, the world body, not parents, you and me folks, will decide how to rear our children.

Our lovely Senate is more likely than not to get an "extreme makeover" in the 2008 election. If your senators are incumbents with a good, America-first record, contact them and warn them of these two treaties.

If one or both are new boys, give the man in-depth education. Even senators who are normally on good behavior can cast odd votes. For example, the late Sen. William Proxmire (D-Wis.) was a strong patriot and pork-fighter. But, unexplainably, he advocated ratification of the UN’s so-called “genocide treaty.”If the Senate ratifies Rights of the Child, the state. acting under UN direction, will decide what your children read, who they associate with, what discipline (if any) can be imposed and whether or not they can be home schooled (home-schooled children perform significantly better academically than their peers in public schools). But, regardless of merit or lack thereof, the UN should have no role in rearing America’s children. For that matter, Congress has no role in state school systems under the 10th Amendment.

If this does not put some fear in you, what does? Taking away our children and having the government decide how to raise our children, whom we birthed, should really make you want to get out there a vote. Like this article states, if your incumbent is not who you want okaying this new law, kick him or her out and replace them with someone who is family and parent friendly.

National Tresure-Book of Secrets-

Last night, my hubby and I had our babysitter come over and watch the girls for us while we went on a date. A date, can you imagine that, after two years, we have actually been able to go not only on a date, but a movie date.

This movie date could not have come at a better time because the movie I really wanted to see was still in the theatres, National Treasure-Book of Secrets-.

Nick Cage, I think, is the New Indiana Jones. For obvious reasons, this is an action/adventure movie like the Raiders of the Lost Ark series (which the new Indiana Jones Movie is coming out real soon) and Nick Cage is young, like HF was in the Raiders Series.

I like Nick Cage in this role for one, because he can play a straight/comedy role all in one movie, the character he plays is entertaining and I like the setting of this movie and what it talks about. Nick Cage also seems to do movies with nothing sexual or anything in it and that makes the movie even more appealing to watch.

The movie is about conspiracies, which of course I like, and about his family The Gates, supposedly killing Lincoln. If you did not see this, you really have to. It is a bit long, but worth they money to see a clean, family movie. I look forward to seeing the third installment when it comes out. I say this because in the movie, Benjamin Franklin Gates and the President, talked about finding something on a certain page in the Book of Secrets Ben found by kidnapping the President to get this information.

Anyway, if there is one movie you should see this year, you have to see National Treasure-Book of Secrets.

My Twins Are Beginning to Feed Themselves

Yeah, at 2.2 months, it is about time. This all started last Saturday, January 12, 2008, when I was feeding them their cherrios for breakfast. All of a sudden, Twin "A" took the spoon out of my hand and I was shocked and happy at the same time. So when Twin "B" saw what Twin "A" was doing, she of course had to do it too.

Now, they always like feeding themsevles, although, I still put the food on the spoon for them because Mommy, that would be me, does not like messes. Especially when I feed them in the family room.

The next big thing for them to do will be to potty training. Last summer, 2007, I had tried to show them how to use their potty chairs and in the Big Potty, but no, they refused to be trained yet. I even read them the Potty Training Book for babies. They will not do it yet, but hopefully this summer, 2008, with them being older, and with their language skills progressing, they will want to be potty trained.

Have Your Checked out Furniture From Home Yet? If Not, Why?

When I first clicked on this website, all I could say was wow. I really like the layout of the Furniture . The website is really user friendly because the buyer is able to shop for furniture by room, shop by style and shop by color.

This is the way any and all home decor websites should be designed.

When I was looking at the bed sets, if I were in the market for a new bed set, the one I would purchase is the Merlot Sleigh Bed Set.

Now, if I were in the market for new Living Room Furniture. The living room set I would choose is the Comfortable Pillow Top Sofa Love Seat Living Room Set.

Furniture From Home offers free delivery on all their furniture sets, you will not be charged for your order until the whole order is shipped to your home and if ever you decide the furniture set you purchased is not for you, it can be cancelled without penalty to you.

My TwiceBabies and BedTime, Tonight

When I got home from running my errands, Target, Linens N Things, Grocery Store, Starbucks, (not in the order), I came home and they were "asleep".

As I began scanning all the products I purchased, Twin "B" began crying so I went into their room and there she was, crying because when she woke up, Daddy was not there.

So, I laid down with her and her sister, Twin "A", who was sleeping. I laid down with her, put my fingers through her hair and rubbed her forehead to allow her to fall asleep, again.

We talked for a while and she would turn over on either side to get comfortable.

When I thought she was asleep, I walked out of her room, which was a mistake because she walked to the door, opened it and with her hands held high wanted me to hold her.

So again, I laid down with her to comfort her.

It was 11ish when I finally was able to get up and continue scanning my products and get something to eat.

This is why I, more times than not, write about what happened yesterday, today.

Going Nite Nite with my TwiceBabies

For the past couple of weeks, my hubby and I alternate nights of laying down with our twins when it is bedtime.

Tonight, it was my turn and my twins love it. They will lay over my back or my side and kiss my cheek or mouth. They are so sweet.

If my twins would have not had cribs when they were infants, my hubby and I would have been able to lay down with out twins to ease whatever fear they might have had during the night. But, they did not like to be rocked to sleep. I would rock them, individually, to sleep as much as I could, but they were not big fans of the rocking chair. Speaking of the rocking chair, I just had a flashback to a little over two years ago when my hubby and I were in Babies R Us searching for a rocking chair. They was fun, looking for baby products and baby items for their then nursery now bedroom.

Wow, how time flies by when you are having fun.

Today and probably forever, I will see my girls as preemies, in the NICU, hooked up to oxygen and a respirator for two weeks. They were small, but fighters and today, you would not know they were once preemies at 3.8 and 3.13. No, they were on a 22 cal diet for 9 months and they put plenty of meat on their body and today, they weigh 29-30 lbs for being two years old. But oh, they are stretching out so much. I pick them up and say, "Twin B or Twin A, you are getting so long! Where did my infant babies go?"

Oh yeah, infant hood does not last forever, so cherish it because you babies will be toddlers in a blink of an eye.

Are There Financial Ties To Vaccine Manufacturers?

After reading this article and well before I ever read this article, I knew there was and will always be a financial tie between vaccine manufacturers and journals or the mainstream media writing about the mercury-autism relationship.

I first learned about mercury and thimiseral in vaccines in 2005, when my twins were born and it scared the daylights out of me. So much so, that I was telling anyone who would listen to me about the dangers of vaccines on our precious children. Remember when I wrote about the 80% population reduction on BC, well, what do you think this injection (forced in most states) is all about? Get a Clue! Well, over a year and a half later, my knowledge has not fallen on deaf ears. My family and some of my friends are finally beginning to believe me.

I am writing this not to bring fear into your hearts, but to inform you of what our states and government is doing to us and we do not even know what is happening. Talk about the dumbing down of the media, what about the dumbing down of America.

Here is just one more article I read today about vaccines and the companies who try and put vaccines in a good light.

It's Cold in My City Today

Yeah, today, my twins and I are staying indoors. Now, you may live in a colder part of the nation, but here in California, anything below 80 degrees is cold to me. That being said, today is 51 degrees with a low of 38 degrees tonight. I do live in NorCal, so this is really cold compared to the cold winters I used to have in SoCal.

Yes, I am probably spoiled with this California weather, especially if you live in N or S Dakota or Oklahoma, practically anywhere in the Midwest, right?

But like I wrote a couple days ago, when my power was out, only for 10 hours, it was not something I enjoyed.

But today, my twins and I are staying indoors where it is nice a warm and we can read books and just play indoors until the weather gets a little bit better. Wednesday, we may meet some of our friends in a local park if there is no rain.

Oh yeah, I also have a little cold.

When Wind, and Rain, Knock Out Power

Beginning at 7:30 this morning, all the power was out on my street. Yup, we woke up to no heat in our home, no alarm clocks going off, not lights on throughout my home and worse than anything at all (not really), no television or Internet access.

Around 11ish, because there was really nothing for my twins and I to do, I decided we take a nap on Mommy and Daddy's bed. So, we went into our room where my twins, gleefully, jumped up and down and off and on our bed as I laid in the middle of the bed, under a comforter. Remember, no heater and therefore, it was cold in out home. I believe the thermostat read 63 degrees.

When my hubby came home for lunch, oh yeah, since my SUV was parked outside, he had to take that to work, he looked all over for us. He called out my name, walked down the hallway to our rooms and at first did not see us. Again, he called my name and finally saw me and our girls laying on our bed, sleeping.

A while after that, Twin "A" and Twin "B" began waking up, so we got off the bed and walked into the family room to see Daddy. Daddy, seeing we were all up, decided to take a nap in our bedroom so we could play or read in the family room.

Once Daddy woke up from his nap and went back to work, I gave the girls a bath. Now, because our home was real cold, I closed the bathroom door, to keep the heat in, bathed them and dressed them in the bathroom as well.

After their bath, we played again, in our family room and I read to them. Around this time, it was beginning to get darker. The only reason I knew this was because I viewed my cell phone.

Speaking of cell phone, since my LAN lane was down, I assumed my cell phone was as well. But, I was wrong. After finding this out, I called my Mom to let her know about or power outage all day. I think I called her around 3:15 to let her know what happened.

Right before my hubby got home, the power came on!

Yeah! Oh, I was so happy because I had lit some candles around the house and added new batteries to the only flashlight in our home I could find.

You know, we really do not know how blessed we are to have electricity to power everything in our homes like the refrigerator, microwave, oven toaster, lights, etc.

One day, mark my words, we will have a power outage like you have never seem and it will be due to EMF's. If you think this could never happen, just try living one day, like I did, without power. Everything we do depends on power.

If you want to learn more about EMF's, research it online right now. I now know what I need for the next power outage in case it is more than one day.

God Bless!!

Bedtime with my TwiceBabies

Well, since I have twins and not a singleton baby, I had always thought it difficult to sleep with my babies in order for them to go to sleep for the evening.

My sister has always only had a single baby at a time and therefore, it made it easier for her to fall asleep with her babies.

For starters, my twins, individually, did not like to be held at all when they were infants. My thinking was because they were born at 7.5 months and for some reason longed to be inside Mommy still. Their skin was still brand new and very, very soft.

I would do my best, when they were infants, to rock them to sleep. But, no, they did not want to be held. So, there is one of my dilemma.

Fast forward to 2008. My Mom always suggested I lay down with my twins in order for them to fall asleep faster and know I or Daddy are here.

While spending time in SoCal for New Year's Eve, my Dad would comfort my twins by laying on the queen sized blow up mattress with them. They loved it.

Honestly, I did not think they would like it because they always want to play with me and kick and laugh and this and that. But no, tonight, while getting ready for bed, I laid on their queen sized mattress, on the floor, with them and they really liked it. There was no fuss at all and they did feel comforted knowing Mommy and or Daddy was right there with them.

Eventually though, we will have to get them their own toddler beds, but for now, Daddy, Mommy and our Twins like the queen-sized mattress.

Our TwiceBabies, Words and Phrases

Oh yes, our little twicebabies are now like little parrots. They repeat everything we say.

Now, four days ago, Twin "A" says "No, No", with the sweetest look on her face. She has no idea what she is saying, but she says No with such conviction.

Twin "B" says "No" as well, but not as often and with less conviction in her tone of voice.

Oh yes, we now must watch or Ps and Qs because these sweeties will say and do what Daddy and Mommy do now.

Being a two year old is not easy, and when their little mouths begin saying phrases and words, it is just too cute. Our twins little voices are adorable to hear and I look forward to hearing more mimicking from them.

Although, this also means they are not our little babies anymore.

HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!!

Hope your New Year's was safe and you had a good time whatever you did.

My family and I went to SoCal to visit my family and we had a very nice time. All my family was in one place which made the trip all the more enjoyable. It was like a mini reunion on January 1st.

I am very blessed to have such a large family and a family whom I love to be around.

Well, have a blessed evening everyone!
