TwiceBabies, Nana and Mommy Go To Mall

Well, it was so hot yesterday, 103, as it was today, 105. So, we had to go play at the mall. It was the best place to go to stay cool and get my twins out of the house!

Having twins means having double the energy, double the fun and double the whininess.

I was hoping to take my twins to this one park in a neighboring city that has water squirting up from the ground. The place my babysitter took them last weekend, but my goodness, it was not only hot for my twins, it was hot for Mommy and Nana too. Really, who can handle being in such hot weather? This heat is not meant for human beings.

I took lots of photos while at the mall, but for some reason, I can not upload them here. Oh well, just picture my twins on a token operated car, train and three horse carousel. They had fun and so did Mommy and Nana.

Then, we went over and got some caramel popcorn, a drink and went on the BIG carousel.

After that, Nana, her TwiceBabies and Mommy went to Pay Less Shoes and got them some new Disney Princess Shoes that light up!

That ended our day at the mall and we drove home where my TwiceBabies and Mommy took a long nap.

TwiceBabies and Their BabySitter

So, Saturday(5) and Sunday(6), my twins stayed with their babysitter over the weekend while my hubby and I drove to my cousin's wedding in SLO/Santa Margarita. The wedding was just lovely. The wedding was at a ranch of a friend that my cousin's brides family knows.

It took my hubby and I three, almost four hours to get to the hotel we were staying at. Once at the hotel, that evening at five, we went to the wedding. So, before the wedding, my hubby and I rested in our hotel room then met my parents downstairs as we all went together in their vehicle.

The wedding was just lovely. The bride had five maids and my cousin had five groomsman. Two of the bridesmaids were my cousins two sister, my cousins. As soon as my two girl cousins walked to the platform, they began to weep with joy seeing their brother get married.

The only reason I drove that far to see my cousin get married was because he was my only male cousin and I wanted to make him and his bride fell special.

Anyway, all day Saturday, my twins played with their babysitter at a park in our city, then they went to a water park in a neighboring city and had so much fun. I will have to take them there soon myself. I had no idea this park even existed.

On Sunday, we drove home from SLO around 3:30 and arrived back at home some time after 6. When we got home, our twins were out with their babysitter doing something. As soon as they got home, they were exhausted and fussed like you would not image!!

Anyway, the weekend for all of us seemed to be quite too much. As soon as our twins got home, Daddy fed them and they went to bed.

Praise God for Weekends Apart!

TwiceBabies and Mall with Auntie Cheryl

This morning, Auntie Cheryl came over and picked up TwiceBabies A and B. They went to the mall and played in the arcade area. I never knew there was a train for toddlers in there! Let alone those rides you see outside grocery stores in the arcade as well.

Well, they just had a blast on the train and those coin operated rides. Next time I go out, I will have to take my girls to the mall. By walking by the arcade, it does not look like anything but games are in there. But, lo and behold, a train is in there. How much fun!

Twins A and B love being outside, well, not in the house and they especially like spending time with other family members. I mean, one can only be with Mommy for so long before a new face is in order, right? I do not blame my twins as I like a break from them as well.

So, next time the three of us go out, we will all go to the mall.

TwiceBabies, Nana and Mommy Stayed Home

Oh yes, it was just too hot to do anything yesterday. Well, we did not take the girls out with us anywhere and Ma Ti Ma came over to take the girls to Burger King and the Mall. They played indoors where it was cooler for them.

While Ma Ti Ma and my twins were at one end of the mall, my Mom and I were at the other end shopping at Gottschalks, Old Navy and Styles of Less. My Mom purchased some Roxy flips for me and at ON, I purchased a new top with the GC my Mom and Dad gave me Mother's Day that just arrived at my home last MONTH!! Gotta love the USPS!! Then, we went over to Styles for Less and I purchased some plaid Bermuda shorts and a cute top to for use with other shorts I have at home.

Since I am not able to drive right now, it was nice to get out of the house with my Mom driving. Hopefully I will be able to drive again pretty soon. I have not been feeling well over the past couple of weeks and driving is something I should not be doing.
