TwiceBabies, Nana, Mommy and Daddy go to Costco

This was an adventure to say the least. We could not find a cart with two straps that were not torn or cut off. It took forever to find one we could use.

Once we found a good cart, Mommy went indoors to use the restroom. Then I found them by the meat aisle. We purchased no meat, only diapers, two two packs of 2% milk, freezer dried apples and strawberries, lots of chips and mac nuts. Then, we strolled on over to the food court, purchased two hot dogs with drink and attempted to sit down, but our twins wanted to get down, Mommy said no. This is when they threw a fit and Daddy strolled them outdoors to our car.

Then, my friend from church walked towards my Mom and I as we were eating. So, we talked for a while and then we got up, all walked out together and and drove home.

Once home, my twins watched one more Hi-5 and they got ready for bed. Daddy read to them and once Daddy left, they talked to each other for a while, them began to fuss again and that is when Nana went in to comfort Twin A.

On yes, it was a busy, busy day indeed.

TwiceBabies, Nana and Mommy at Chilis

This morning, my TwiceBabies, Nana and Mommy first went to Cost Plus to look for some MSG free snacks and foods, which we did. MSG is a killer of not only your brain cells, but harms your whole body and how it functions. The one thing I really like about Cost Plus is the fact they do their best to sell food products with no chemicals to harm their customers and themselves.

After Cost Plus, we all went to Chili's for lunch. We put my twins in their high chairs and Nana and Mommy sat on the regular chairs.

We ordered a pre meal snack then these little, tiny burgers. They were real good, those tiny burgers, you should try them. My twins just ate cashews we purchased at Cost Plus.

After about forty-five mintues, my twins began getting ansy and wanted down. So, we finished out meal, paid the bill and all left to go home and take out nap. Before our nap, my twins watched their Hi-5 show at least once.

TwiceBabies, Nana, Mommy and 103 Weather

Yeah, you read that correctly. It was 103 in my city today. Guess what that meant? Again, you would be correct. We all stayed indoors. Honestly, would you take your toddlers outside on a day like this? How unconformable it is. Not only was it hot, it was humid and with the fires from Santa Cruz and Big Sur coming my way, it was a bad day to breath the air.

So, all day, we pretty much watched their Hi-5 shows, Brainy Baby shows and Nana and Mommy read to them. My twins love books and they love mimicking Mommy and Nana as we read to them.

My twins are impressing Nana with their knowledge of colors, shapes and ability to read along with Nana. Nana says, "Mommy is teaching you well." Well, as a stay at home Mom, I assume this is my role, you know, to teach my babies and show them a love for books and reading.

Well, tomorrow, we are all going out for lunch. Someplace toddler friendly, Chili's or Chevy's.
