Wholesome Nutrition in NEW Quaker Oats Soft Baked Bars

The Quaker Oats brand has been around for a long time now. For this very reason, more likely than not, you have eaten Quaker Oats for breakfast, lunch and dinner. If you are looking for a convienent way to eat on the go or in your home, the Quaker Soft Baked Bar will be the one snack for you. It is hard to find wholesome food on the grocery store shelves these days. The Quaker Soft Baked Bar comes in breakfast flavors like Cinnamon Pecan Bread and Banana Nut Bread. For people concerned about calories, these bars only have 140 calories an have 5g of fiber, 6g of protein and is an excellent source of 5 B-vitamins.

I love snacks like the Quaker Soft Baked Bar and I always carry some sort of small snack in my purse or small backpack. The way I see it is everyone gets hungry throughout the day and the best way to eat a small snack is to carry something like the Quaker Soft Baked Bar. While carrying a Quaker Soft Baked Bar with me, I would have to have a Cinnamon and Banana Nut Bread bar with me because I love both these flavors.
